Teaching

Each week all the participating churches will receive the same teaching via video recorded messages, which can be downloaded from the website.

Pastors and Leaders from the Aborigional Ministries of the PAOC BC/Yukon District will be sharing on the topic of “Lord, Make Us …”.

Sunday School lessons and materials for preschool and elementary aged children will be available to coincide with each sermon’s topic.

623,470 Aboriginal people are living in urban centres, or 54% of the national Aboriginal population.
The median age for the national Aboriginal population (27 years) is 13 years younger than that of the non-Aboriginal population.
About a third of the Aboriginal population was made up of children under age 15.
Elders represented only 5% of the Aboriginal population.
Aboriginal people account for 4.5% of BC's provincial population and 24.5% of Yukon's.
Vancouver is home to 40,310 Aboriginal people, or 2% of its population.
